I purchased a pair of mobility sticks ($12.99). I'd just seen a workout on Alomoves that uses them and the manufacturer appears to have decent youtube workouts so I was pretty excited.
Also picked up a lot (8) of Chris Freytag/Jennifer Galardi Prevention DVDs at $1 each. I'm not sure why because I mainly stream these days, but the price sucked me in... |

found caribbean aeorbics 2dvd set - core pilates and abs/butt/thighs - NEW in plastic. Also, the method cardio kick. The CA is a duplicate but back up copies!

As I've said before, there must be a vidiot in my town. I found these at my library sale. They had a special-buy one dvd for $1.00, get two free. I found six dvds for 33 cents each!

I dropped off a few boxes of things to the thrift store this morning, so of course I had to check out their fitness DVDs. I picked up a PIYO set for $2.50. I wasn't very interested in this when it came out, but I have done several PIYO workouts from Michelle Briehler on YT, which I enjoyed. And for $2.50, why not? When I got home I was surprised to find in with the booklets an additional sealed DVD with 2 workout that use sliders. I haven't even heard of these before and I'm very curious to give them a try!
I found Stephanie Huckabee's Powerfit Harmony set sealed for $3. I was going to buy it and put it up on share the wealth, but discovered it is already on YT. So I left it on the shelf. If someone wants me to go get it for them I would be happy to.
