I think I am out of my funk.

Yesterday I had to redo my lactate threshold test because they did not get enough data. Ugh.. It was plenty hard but not as bad as last time. Maybe I knew what to expect. This am I. Went to Burn no and did MetCon which was just about perfect. It was intense but low impact cardio and alot of core. If it was high impact I would have modified a lot.

Gibbee great job on Cee’s workouts this week. Sounds very enjoyable. How long were these weight workouts?

Vannie great workouts and lots of time spent.

Today all I did was day 1 of Yoga with Kassandra's new 30 day morning yoga challenge, my toe yoga and some stretches for my neck and tennis elbow.
