Poise & Grace from Jessica Smith's Build Balance + Inner Strength

I got this dvd just a few months ago and have done this workout more times than I should. I need to start making room for the other two on the disc.

Heather Robertson Low Impact, No Repeats HIIT - 25 minutes

I loved this workout. I used 5 and 10lb dumbbells since it is a cardio not a strength workout. 30 seconds for each exercise, no repeats and only 25 minutes made it very doable without any dread.
