Oh I just remembered that Mary sells Tonergy. Does anyone remember if this was a good set? I have a single dvd from the set, Total Body Burnout, that I like a lot. It does not have a warm up, which I hate, but I do like the dvd. Just when I thought I was safe!

Y’all have made some good purchases.

This time around I snagged Atletica Vol 1 and 2 and Biggest Loser Cardio Max Weightloss USED.

I may make one more purchase from Mary before the sale ends.

I also bought a KCM DVD from her website. She put one of her RAW workouts on DVD (I don’t have her app), and the clip on FB looked good so I went for it.

Looks like the Caroline Sandry Pilates has been a popular choice. I'm looking forward to hearing thoughts on this set!

In the process of enabling fanofladyvols, I think I just talked myself into an EBX2 rotation for August Lol I may weave some mobility work into that. It's a tough decision because I've also been thinking of a kettlebell/MMA rotation again. Linda--I think you will like EKG I haven't revisited that for years but was in excellent shape when doing that with Rushfit, Kettle Jitsu (Joey Alvarado) and a program called Animal Conditioning (Greg Mihovich). I had great results with a mish mash of Kettlebell, mobility and bodyweight MMA type moves. Back then, a lot of people came up to me out of the blue to ask what I had been doing. That was unusual for me--I think it only ever happened with that and STS. I had excellent core strength

I have been trying to get back to a Rushfit/UFC Fit rotation but may push that to New Years. There are worse things than having several great choices

Have you done any Kettlebell Kickboxing workouts? They are along these same lines. I think you can still get some of the DVDs on ebay, but Dasha also has a generous 30 day trial period on her website https://www.kbbody.com/ for her streaming service (and you don't even have to enter any card info for the trial) and it includes all the DVD programs as streaming workouts as well.

I still haven't completed my TotalFitness order yet, but I have several items in my cart. We'll see what gets added and what makes the cut

Yes! I have a hard time with Dasha's chattiness but do like her work. I consider it sort of a "light" version of the programs that I listed and that is handy when I am just not in the mood to work as hard. I surprised myself several months back and was able to complete a short rotation with her. I'm sensitive to excess chattiness but that was the first time when I could do her stuff for more than a few days. She must be slowly growing on me and I attribute that to my appreciation for her work

I bought two Cathe workouts: Strong and Sweaty Total Body Giant Sets and Metabolic Blast.

I'd had my eye on the Total Body Giant Sets for a long time and wasn't sure what else to get to qualify for free shipping. I had narrowed it down to Flex Train and Metabolic Blast and Metabolic Blast won.
