Ginger - I forgot to mention the most important piece of info when I started Jessica's rotation !!! I never, ever did the full workout all at one time. I split it into 10- or 15-minute segments and spread the workout throughout the day. I did put in my notes that after 30 days I was able to do an entire 30-minute strength workout all at one time! But I was exhausted and needed a few days to recover. Sorry I forgot to mention that; maybe try that idea of doing short segments throughout the day. Mine "workout" periods were: 7:30am; lunchtime; and 4pm.
