I have enjoyed the first 3 workouts in the new upper/lower split this week. Will be curious to see the next lower body.
I, too, wish there were 3 sets, but it is nice they're all about 30 minutes or less. I have been tacking on a short cardio / walk from Get Fit with Rick for additional warm-up. Sometimes I split the walk in half and do the second half after the weights and stretch are finished. I like the addition of the bell before and after each set.
