How often will she drop new workouts? She dropped one yesterday, and another one is supposed to drop tomorrow. Is this an EOD thing? Anyone know?

She said new uploads will be based on interest, of which there seems to be plenty. During the upper body workout (which I did this morning) during a rest period she shared a suggested schedule
Day 1 upper, day 2 lower, day 3 no weights, day 4 upper, day 5 lower, day 6 no weights. She said she needs to build the library and down the line will create a weekly schedule with a new workout each week.

I enjoyed the sequence and exercise selection. I prefer 3 sets so I did rewind each triset. I will say I prefer less talking than she does now. In particular, "right nowww" became repetitive. Would rather not rewind either.

Two sets will be fine with me if I'm lifting 4 days a week. If I'm feeing energetic, I may do extra work at the end.

I have enjoyed the first 3 workouts in the new upper/lower split this week. Will be curious to see the next lower body.

I, too, wish there were 3 sets, but it is nice they're all about 30 minutes or less. I have been tacking on a short cardio / walk from Get Fit with Rick for additional warm-up. Sometimes I split the walk in half and do the second half after the weights and stretch are finished.

I like the addition of the bell before and after each set.
