For those who want to find a more intimate forum, I recommend the check-ins here. The check-ins are a great way to chat with a small group of friends here at VF.
Speaking of superheroes, I think Wendy qualifies; VF is one of the most well-run, civilized forums on the internet. |

I registered with Mary's forum, but I'll likely just be a lurker, too. What hooked me on VF, in addition to the kundalini yoga check-in, were the in-depth posts and reviews. For me, VF really shines among fitness forums in that regard!

I also registered, but I can't imagine really spending any time over there. One forum is plenty for me! VF really has it all.
