Lee Holden dvds

I noticed that Lee Holdens dvd are less easier to buy on Amazon ( sold out).
Probably because streaming is getting more popular but I do not like streaming.

I have therefore as I am getting older bought the following dvds of him:
And also because I do computer work at my work.
Qi Gong for Healthy Joints
Qi Gong Strong Bones
Qi Gong for Arms, Wrists, Hands
Qi Gong for Healthy Digestion ( stomach problem)
Qi Gong for Anxiety ( this was in a bundle) I have no stress
Qi Gong for Energy & Vitality ( I have less energy because I had a pancreas problem)
Qi Gong for Headaches
Qi Gong for Upper Back and Neck Pain Relief
Qi Gong 30-Day Challenge
Morning And Evening Qi Gong
Qi Gong For Self-Healing

So do I need other like:
Qi Gong For Longevity
Qi Gong For Healthy Heart: Cardiovascular Workout ( I have no heart problems)
Qi Gong Five Elements Balance
Qigong for Lower Back
Qi Gong For Better Balance: Preventing Falls ( I am not doing bad with balance, I am not that old)

What do you think of these dvds, which do you have and which do you use the most? From which do you benefit the most. Thanks for your answer.

Hi Nelly,

Have you been able to view clips of the workouts you're lacking on the YMAA (Yang's Martial Arts Association) website, where many of Lee's DVDs are sold? Here's their link (https://ymaa.com/publishing/dvd/auth...topic/qigong-1) and they have sales from time to time...currently through October 31st.

Shipping is not free outside the United States, even though they sometimes have pretty good sales...right now 50 percent off. I have purchased from their site many times, but also Amazon, too.

Hard for me to say which ones you "need," as I have them all and rotate through all of them from time to time. I also thought I was too young for the Better Balance one, but I like it and use it.

There is overlap in the movements when you have so many, so maybe the value isn't worth it when you weigh that with the cost of duties, taxes and overseas shipping costs.

I think maybe having the 30 Day Challenge set will offer a lot in such short practices, and you already have this one.

this is a variation on Nelly's question - does one need all of the Lee Holden DVDs? are they pretty much similar? did anyone trade away any that were similar, and if so, which ones?

i have 2 Lee Holdens and one on order:
7 Minutes of Magic - which is awesome and never motivated me to look into his other workouts.

Healthy Digestion: this was a bit of disappointment because I wanted to see if it was like Cain Carroll's Digestive Power, which was done a lot better.

on order: 30 Day Challenge
