I've watched this several times now. I had finally decided not to preorder. Well, I guess they’ve pulled me back in- should I or shouldn’t I take a pass. After seeing the clip, I like it but I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t use it enough to justify the expense. I think I would use the loops workout more. But It is hard for me to order just that DVD & loops when the shipping is the same as ordering both. UGH! I’ll watch the other clip and probably make a last minute decision.
I've never used this type of band workout. Are they popular? Any converts who were surprised how much they liked this type of workout and/or results? jordan |

Uh oh, this looks pretty good. I've been using more bands in recent years and have been surprised at the muscle that can be built.
Err, I haven't done a Cathe pre-order in maybe 15 years. Hmmmm....

These look so GOOD!! So pleased there isn't (pure) cardio in it either! I prefer Cathe's weight/toning workouts more so. Can't wait to get these!

These look good. I’m hoping they’re not super intense and if Cathe doesn’t rep us to death, they might be more intermediate than advanced. Either way, I am glad I preordered.

looks good. I stream Cathe so I will be able to do the workouts. I better get ordering those bands. Cathe and crew look great. I can't even imagine how much fitness clothing Cathe owns.
