I like Britt - never heard of her until now - and I hope she makes more videos.
I like Britt, too. And I think I'll do these on consecutive days. I've done some of Jari's 30 minute workouts back to back and I feel wiped out the next day. It's better for me to only do 30 minutes of weights and add in a bit of cardio.

I just got through doing Part I and Part II of Slow & Strong and really liked it. I like Britt. It seems to be almost meditative doing these, I think because of the counts being the same on each exercise. I did sub single arm triceps kickbacks for the lunges in Part II, since there isn't a targeted triceps exercise.

Cathe's Slow and Heavy is an older workout, but it's effective. It doesn't have all the premixes etc. that she added to her later workouts.

I had great results from this one, back in the day.

I recently did Slow and Heavy with DD using the 4 count up/4 count down tempo recommended by another VFer, as opposed to her 6/2 count. It was easy to switch and we really enjoyed it.
