Yoga and Tracie Long. I say Tracie, because she made working the core fun, and for me there's no balance without a strong core.

Ballet class! I've learned that balance requires counterbalance.

Foam rolling the tight side, well, both sides, but particularly the tight side. And when you get a chance to sit at work, maybe put a ball or something to get into the muscle under your tight hamstring to help loosen it up. And don't forget your calves.

+1 on a number of suggestions -- yoga is awesome (even if it's not an entire routine done on one leg then the other!) as are fusion workouts from Kari Anderson and the likes of Jennifer Galardi that incorporate ballet-inspired moves. I'm amazed how much the strength and integration builds up over time... a few months ago, I was doing one-legged standing splits (well, attempting to on the extended leg) and when I heard the cue to hold the ankle with both hands (!), it worked and still works today Even my six-year-old son is impressed by this pose.

T-Tapp. I have always had good balance, but T-Tapp improved it even more.

I have a feeling I should do T-Tapp at least through the balance portion once a month as I get older to keep my balance as good as it can be.
