I just discovered I have Kathy Smith's Balance and Coordination workout on a Rejuvenation DVD - she uses two small balance discs but I'm sure I can substitute the old FIRM balance disc for most if not all of the moves

These are good workouts and I think they are 1.99 at Total Fitness

I did the Part II: Balance Techniques and Poses of this DVD today. (Part 1 is an Introduction and Part 3 (about 12 minutes long) are the exercises shown in Part 2, but without the longer explanations).

I am pleased with the exercises and his explanations. The main reasons I have balance problems became clear and with the exercises I started to correct my alignment. I found myself correcting the way I was walking and standing later in the day. I am looking forward to using this DVD a couple times a week and I think it is going to really help me with my balance.

Thanks again to the kind VFer who gave it to me.
I ended up getting this one and like it a lot. Very no frills and his explanations are excellent. I agree that this one will help improve balance and the exercise section is short enough to fit in even on a busy day.
