I know this has been discussed before, but I looked and could not find the threads. Which are the MUST HAVES of his?

I'm going to pull the trigger on Savage and Serene - any other suggestions?

I love Aerobox - Round 1. It's all boxing. And I just LOVE seeing how many punches I've thrown. By the end of the workout, it's in the mid-3000s. I love the voiceover (and I'm not a fan of this style usually) and the 'pumping' techno music.

I like Savage and Serene as well. It has a lot of variety -- punches, cardio, nice ab section, stretching. The time flies.

Have fun, Christine. You'll love them.

ALL are must have to me More enjoyable Savage and Serene. Each round is composed of punching, jump rope and lower body plyos. I loooove Aerojump/Sculp, but I know all the rope jumping don't appeal to many. Rope jumping is one of my favorites cardio activities. I like Micheal O. as an instructor and his workout environment (music, voice. lights, set, beats, etc)

Skills 1,2, 3 is all rope jumping starting with the basics in Skill 1 and progressing to advance tricks in Skill 3. All 3 workouts in one DVD.

Aerobox is short and sweat. More upper (punching) than lower body plyos. HTH

I like Aerobarre too, but prefer just the boxing segments.
