Skills 1,2, 3 is all rope jumping starting with the basics in Skill 1 and progressing to advance tricks in Skill 3. All 3 workouts in one DVD. Aerobox is short and sweat. More upper (punching) than lower body plyos. HTH I like Aerobarre too, but prefer just the boxing segments.
