Just another CS/Lee Holden Qi Gong/walking fan.
A bit of health bouncing first thing in the morning gets me going, then I do several shorter workouts across the day. (Usually qi gong at night, CS in the morning.) I really do like the constant gentle movements of qi gong. I seem to prefer it to yoga, at least for now. |
