Poppyseed Dressing
Here is a recipe for Poppy Seed Dressing requested by one of my checkin buddies. This is good on strawberry-spinach salad (just spinach, sliced strawberries, and chopped red or sweet onion).
1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 tsp minced onion (I use dried) 2 TB sesame seeds 1 TB poppy seeds 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp paprika 1/2 cup oil 1/4 cup vinegar Blend all ingredients on low until well mixed. (I use my mini-chopper; you can use an immersion or regular blender.)

I didn't say it was healthy! Plus, since it is sweet, you don't need much.
ETA: You could also try subbing Splenda; that might work.

I'm all for cutting back the sugar if you can--let me know what you come up with!
