Not my cup of tea
I found the 5-Mile Workout rather abrupt also - no warm-up, just immediately jumping into the brisk walking - then no cool-down, just BYE! I would have also liked more programming options; not to choose the pre-programmed 3-mile workouts or the entire 5-mile workout, but some DIFFERENT miles in the three mile workouts to mix it up a bit, or the option to program a FOUR mile workout BYE!

LOL, we have begged Leslie for years to make a longer, more intense workout and what does she get? Gripes! There are mileage options, audio options, booster options, etc.
VFers - we always want MORE!!!!! I want more ALTON!
