I can't believe I'm going to say this but, Tim Culwell. I really enjoyed his step tapes, and that Double Step IDEA tape that was out ever so briefly.

And then, I've got to say the Body Pump Aussies, love, love, love them - wish there were more available (and on DVD too).

You're right, the Body Pump gang form the ultimate one-shot wonder.

Robin Retherford -- she did a TV series for someone (??) featuring Latin-style low impact. She also was in the Buns of Steel Target Toning (leads this one), Total Body Fat Burner (Michelle Nevidomsky Dozois leads this), and Abs (Dawn Pappas leads this) series of videos. I did a web search, and she is now teaching in California, I think. I really like her style and would love to see more by her.

Liz Dyer -- she did Step and Slide that has a great 30-minute step workout, but I've seen nothing since.

Faith Scarinzi -CIA 9802

Becky Chamberlain - Kicked Up Step

I agree about these two instructors. Both are great instructors and I wish they would produce another workout. I love Becky's Kicked Up Step and I find myself doing this workout once or twice a month.

Runner up - Bobby Kelly's treadmill workouts (a two-hit wonder, but they're barely distinguishable, IMO) - and the winner, the Body Pump people. I love the "real" loud music, and you can still hear the cueing.

Aaron Lankford - his PowerKicks is one of my favorites. He may have made more videos that I don't know about.

But he is definitely MIA
I enjoyed him a lot !!!
He made at least 3 videos, 2 of KB and one stretching
I have the 2 KB ones...they are hard to find now but I spotted them still available on some Europe site I don't remember....

I had completely forgotten about Tim Culwell. He was my absolute favorite for the longest time, but I eventually outgrew his tapes (except for the IDEA one, which I still have and will NEVER part with). Even after I outgrew the tapes, I still kept them because I didn't want to part with them. However, I did reluctantly trade/sell them a few years ago. I wonder what he's doing these days? We should get Greg to track him down and talk him into making some new workouts.

Another vote for Becky

I haven't done her workout in ages but loved it. Loved her enthusiasm and how comfortable she seemed for a first workout. Loved the top too....hunted it down and bought it. Sadly, washed it and all the silver went down the drain! LOL

Michael Perron with his Crunch Master Class Aerobics.
I like the workout very much, and I definitely like looking at Michael. *sigh* Beautiful man.
