Me too! My body is so sensitive to the light and dark. As soon as the sun goes down, my energy level plummets.

My holiday plan:
1st thing in the morning: Active/strengthening yoga class
lunchtime or mid-day: walk/hike or an AWT video
evening: gentle relaxing yoga

What a fun thread - I don't have any particular plans, that has sort of been how most of the year has been for me for workouts - I usually start off the week w/ one thing in mind and end w/ something else.

I did recently subscribe to Walking Online Workouts for this month to do the holiday-themed walks so I'm considering doing them for the remainder of the year along w/ CS.

Maybe I'll alternate doing WOW/CS one day w/ Ellen/yoga/Pilates on the other day???

But, who really knows I haven't been able to stick w/ a plan this year.

Firm Dancer - I like your plan a lot - maybe I can adopt it.....

What are your plans for workouts in the new year? I was considering doing Pahla B's new weight loss series (starting Jan 1st) and Yoga w/ Adriene's new 30 days of yoga - but sometimes I feel too restricted by being so specific.

I'm traveling for the holidays so walking and yoga . I've been hitting it pretty good all month with heavy weights (Supreme 90 Day, Cathe, and complex step) so I'm going to keep it very low key for me. I had planned on doing some Linda Wooldridge band workouts, but said eh, screw it. I deserve a mental break!

I’ve been following this schedule the last couple of months and plan to stick to it.

Sunday—Yoga
Monday—Abs/Peloton Cycling
Tuesday—Upper Body
Wednesday—Abs/Peloton Cycling
Thursday—BOHO Beautiful Workout
Friday—Legs
Saturday—Abs/Peloton Cycling

I also try to walk (outdoor or treadmill depending on the weather) daily.

As long as the weather co-operates, I will get numerous bike rides in during the next 11 days that I have off. Indoors, I will be using our AMT machine (while watching old Perry Mason reruns) and I will start a free weight program.

Waves to all,

I signed up for a Fitbit challenge, so I plan to walk every day and will also work in some Gym Ra 20 minute weight workouts.

I'm doing part Apple Fitness+ and part from the holiday playlist that Jenilu posted a couple of days ago. It turns out working out to xmas music is fun!
