Yes, I should have said that it also got me back into a daily routine. I had been goofing off over the past few months, and this set got me back into the swing of things!

I've done only two of these workouts (HIIT and Strength Interval). As I told my check in, I am a clock watcher generally, but for these walks, I didn't really think about it until the 10 minute timer popped up!

I've been feeling blah this week and skipping my other workouts, but when Jessica is on the schedule, I get up and do it. I plan on following the rotation but for three days a week (so it will be a 10 week rotation for me). Now if I could just get myself to do my other workouts the other three days!

I'm working my way through the 30 days with walking outside added in. Since these are mostly 30 minutes, I'm adding in Classical Stretch which makes such a functional difference for me. I just need to build some stamina and drop a couple of pounds, so no big "results" for me, but definitely more stamina and no dread. As I said up thread, these have a bit of everything; HIIT, steady state, weights, and bands. The rotation is laid out nicely. There are two moderators so you can bump up the intensity or tone it down. If you follow Jessica, I think it's a solid intermediate workout. I'll be using these a lot!

Does anyone else have any reviews of this series? I'm on the fence about buying it.
