Funny, I was just about to post a similar thread! I want to get back to strength workouts but am really limited on time. The bummer is that as much as I wanted to click with KCM, I just don't, so I was looking for other options. I'll have to subscribe to this thread.

I do have Les Mills Pump, and they have a 30 minute one. I think what I want is more along the lines of Cathe's Push Pull, only slightly shorter and with less equipment. I love that it hits everything.
