XTrain Fit: Toning is a great option. It's a heavy weights workout that gives beginner, intermediate and advanced options. The pacing is slow enough that there's no problem switching weights. The instruction is pretty good. And they give enough options you can make it yours.

Plateau Buster (Dumbbell Only Premix) 32 minutes

Step Boxing (Dumbbell Drills Premix) 23 minutes

Start Here workout two (Body Sculpting.) Have to select warm up from menu.

Trim Down (Weight workout Drills Premix) 29 minutes

Pam, do you feel that the 30 minute bootcamp premix hit everything? I may have to do that one tomorrow, as I'm missing my workout today. Missed my workout this morning too and worked overtime tonight. After a long day away from me, Tiny Bubble wants to watch Donald Duck with mommy How can I say no to my biggest fitness fan?
