Barre 3 Barre3 Ball Fit Ball? Tracy Anderson Continuity

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...f_rd_i=desktop

Is this the right ball for Barre 3? Does it also work with Tracy Anderson (i.e. how is the diameter discrepancy between the 3)? I tried using my Physique 57 ball for a Tracy Anderson work out and it was too big. Would the P57 ball be sufficient for Barre 3?

That is the Barre3 ball. I don't have the P57 ball. Its a couple inches in diameter smaller than the Fluidity ball. But its different - squishy and lighter rather than solid/firm. I don't think you have to use it - a playground ball would be fine for Barre3, but it would change the effect (not bad...just different.)

I use that one for Tracy and it works well - but you have to keep it fairly under inflated otherwise you spend more time chasing the ball than getting in a workout.
