I really liked this one as well! Yep, that Brain Walk had me laughing too, lol! I did miles 1-3 one day and another day I did 4 and 5, I really like how I can customize it, and follow the low impact option too!
Oh and I forgot to mention that I liked the bonus leg workout as well (I haven't done the foot and ankle one yet). I could definitely feel it in my quads the next day.
