I am nursing a frozen shoulder and I've just been doing easy workouts.
YBB - one of the earlier set sells for over $150 the last time I looked at Amazon
Richard Simmons - I have his Sweatin' to the Oldies pack I got for cheap at Amazon
Zumba
For free youtube, my go to is:

The good news? I've dropped 7 pounds since Jan 11. It's big since I'm short. I have more energy and motivation to eat well since my workouts make me smile.

ETA:
There are a few Leslie's with good music tracks. I like them too. But when she uses generic beats, I get bored.

So sorry about your shoulder. But congrats on the w/l. As a fellow shortie I hear ya on the difference it makes.

I do have to say that on teh odd day that I do feel like doing an intense workout, I find that I haven't lost and endurance or strength over the past few months. Any experts know why that is? Is is it because I am still exercising consistently with occasional intensity challenges to maintain?
I've noticed this too. I've been doing Jessica's you tube workouts, then tried some of her older dvd's, which are more advanced. I found I had a lot more endurance than I expected and was stronger than I was a year ago.

Perhaps it's due to form? You can improve a lot when your form is good, and it makes the workout more intense.

So sorry to hear about your frozen shoulder; that's really tough! But I hear ya on the fun workouts and weight loss. I have no desire to kill myself exercising any more. Having fun keeps me more consistent and keeps me from feeling ravenous too.

For me it's Bellyfit and Callanetics. Bellyfit is easy and fun. Callanetics is downright soporific.

Another Disco Dojo fan here!!!

Lately I have been doing some of TA's Beginner Workout and Precision Toning along with Leslie or Jessica Smith for walking. It it totally doable for easier days. Even discovered my love of doing Leslie's walk on the rebounder (finally getting some use out of that piece of equipment)!

My next rotation is going to take me through several of my beginner to high beginner workouts like Self workouts, Ellen Barrett, Cindy Whitmarsh, Chris Freytag, Jeanette Jenkins, Stephanie Huckabee. I am going to focus on one instructor for a week or two before moving on.

Mizach, I'll always be grateful to you for pointing me in the direction of the ReFit Rev YouTube workouts. Those and Richard Simmons are my "I don't want to work out I just want to have fun" workouts. Doing those gave me energy when nothing else worked.

Also, you may already know this, but Classical Stretch Season 9 has an episode specifically for frozen shoulder.

Ellaenchanted, the ones I mentioned above are my go-to workouts when I'm tired - ReFit Rev, Richard, and CS.

Another vote for BellyFit, Ellen Barrett, Stephanie Huckabee's PowerFit, and Jessica Smith's online walking workouts.
