Slim Series revisited...

I've recently relocated to a much colder/damper climate than I've been in for the last four years, and I think the chill has led to some back and shoulder issues for me...I just cannot do yoga right now until I adjust to this weather (and is that normal??)!!

So, I've received some new workouts in trade and have pulled out my old and dusty Slim Series workouts, and oh. my. gosh!!!

I did Tone it Up yesterday with no problem, but man, doing Shape it Up today, I think someone switched my 5 pound weights out for something MUCH heavier. And then they turned gravity up on top of it. I'm SURE of it. Oh, Debbie, how I love and hate you at the same time!!

I am so glad I never got rid of these (I think). I miss you, Yoga, but we just need to see other people right now and get back together later, okay?

Anyone else revisiting these?

Haven't revisited them in a while other than to do CIO once in a while. But I won't get rid of them because they are worth hanging on to which you have just reaffirmed for me.
