Ditto. Though definitely high intermediate/advanced. Not that an intermediate couldn't attempt it but too much modification might be demoralizing.

I myself consider body weight workouts to be functional. I find that body weight exercises mimic real world movements. For me, body weight exercises cause me the least amount of training injuries with the most amount of strength gains. I pushups, pullups, squats, planks. All very functional movements, which come in handy when doing real world-things, such as carrying grocery bags, climbing stairs, etc.

Grr.. I had the Wider/Walmart set and traded it away. I love "least amt. of training injuries"
