I haven't done the rotation exactly - but a few years ago I did the six pack workouts alot. I did have great results just because 1. I love all 6 of the workouts, 2. the length of them is perfect, 3. I stayed very consistant working out because of 1 & 2.
The only thing that would make the set perfect is if there was an upper body workout too. When using the 6 pack, I added in Janet's Upper Body Sculpt from BSS2 on occasion.
Oh...and I also added in Ab Sculpt or a section from Nancy's Firm Abs on occasion.

One thing I just noticed about this particular rotation though is there are back to back sculpt with Super Body Sculpt & Lower Body Sculpt 1 and Body Sculpt Blaster. I wouldn't do the two back to back. The sculpt workouts in the 6 pack allow you to go heavy.

Ooh - I just love this - for the reasons BethEllen mentioned! I have been having a few setbacks and I think a PowerFit rotation followed by a 6 Pack Rotation would help get me back on track w/ weights, cardio, etc.

Also wanted to mention that I added in Nancy's Calorie Killer too when using these workouts as another 40 min cardio in between sculpt days.

I didn't realize that the Upper Body Sculpt workout wasn't listed. Interesting. Maybe this isn't the "official" rotation. I wonder if there is a rotation that uses all of the workouts from this series.

Diana -
Sorry if I said that wrong.

The original BSS1 is:
Cardio Sculpt
Body Sculpt
Ab Sculpt

The BSS1 added on six pack are:
Super Cardio Sculpt
Super Body Sculpt
Body Sculpt Blaster
Cardio Sculpt Blaster
Lower Body Sculpt 1
Lower Body Sculpt 2

The BSS2 is:
Complete Aerobics & Weight Training
Total Sculpt + Abs
Maximum Cardio Burn + Abs

The BSS2 add ons are:
Calorie Killer
Upper Body Sculpt
Firm Abs

I just was trying to say that I like to use the BSS1 & BSS2 systems together. The work so well together; they both use the Fanny Lifter, weights, and then BSS2 uses the Sculpting Stick also.

When I would do a rotation with the six pack, I would add in the BSS2 add ons because they are similar in time and cardio seperate from weights.

As I said though - the two series work well together.

Also - I often combine BSS3 & BSS4 in a rotation.

**I'm creating an April rotation for myself using BSS1 & BSS2.*** Time to revisit these!

Ok, I understand. If you don't mind, please share your rotation when you get something put together. I don't do well with putting that type of stuff together.

I love it!! I may have to follow that at some point. I think given all my ups and downs for the last few months that I may start w/ the PowerFits and then move on to 6-pack.
