Not Calorie Killer, that was part of BSS-2.

The 6 Pack: Super Body Sculpt, Super Cardio Sculpt, Cardio Sculpt Blaster, Body Sculpt Blaster, Lower Body I (standing) and Lower Body II (floorwork).

I do!

I regularly come back to Super Cardio Sculpt and Cardio Sculpt Blaster. Have done both of them in the past week or so. I feel like a lot gets done in not-so-much time, and I can always add on a short abs workout.

There used to be a 4-week FIRM 6-Pack rotation floating around the web. Wonder if anyone still has a copy?

I routinely do those workouts (sub UBSc from BSS2 for LBScII) and I enjoy them because they are short and fun plus they kick butt and you can increase the weights on the sculpting workouts.

That would be fun, or we could create our own.

I love the 6 pack! These are probably my favorite post BBH Firm workouts. The 30 - 40 minutes is perfect for workdays; they seem to pack a lot in those minutes.
I would love to see a rotation using these!

I quickly looked through the MANY docs I have and found only one that was only 6-pack workouts. I'll look more when I have more time.

Oh now I remember those. I thought most of them were extremely boring. I kept Cardio Sculpt Blaster and still do it because I love Lisa, but I find it a little boring also. The lower body ones were good but I must have sold them at some point for some reason as I don't seem to have them any more.

I still do these; primarily the cardio and lower body workouts and the upper body and ab sections of Super Body Sculpt. I usually do Lower Body Sculpt 1 and 2 together. And I do the Super Body Sculpt upper body and abs after Upper Body Sculpt.

I love most of the 6 pack as well, and actually did Super Body Sculpt this week. Love Stephanie! Thanks for posting the rotation. It looks like it would be really fun!
