Anyone Still Use FIRM 6 Pack?

I traded/sold mine quite some time ago... like years ago. But of course, like all things, I'm starting to think about them again. Especially being appx 30 minutes each.

Anyone use these on a regular basis?

TIA ~

I still have them on VHS and do them occasionally. Like you, I like that they're only 30-40 minutes long and actually pack a good punch in the short amount of time. They're actually pretty good workouts for those days when you're pressed for time or don't feel like doing a long workout. Think I'll do one of the lower body ones tomorrow. I was thinking about what I wanted to do now I know. Gotta love this forum for ideas and motivation.. Deb

I finally upgraded these to dvd. They are fun! They are usually cheap on ebay/ amazon and almost always available on swapadvd.com.

I have them - on DVD, bought cheaply used from Amazon - and enjoy them, although I don't use them every week.

I've learned never to get rid of useful short workouts.

I don't mind longer workouts, but not everyday. Because of the leads in these workouts, they still have an old firm feel to me.

Please remind me which workouts these were - I still use Calorie Killer and Cardio Sculpt Blaster which I think were in the 6-Pack, but I'm not sure what else was in there.
