Debbie, thanks for sharing your rotation. Looks good!

Judy, thanks for sharing the article...Gosh this seems to be the year I'm so tempted to really do a SS rotation and now I have SSex (already have Sin6), calendar included...

Lydia, I've been trying hard to take a SS break as I did an 8 week loose rotation of SS. For the last 4 weeks I've been ad libbing, but I really felt like I got better results with a definitive rotation. So, I'm thinking SS/Cardio rotation next week. Or SS using the SSX calendar.

I did get a Margaret Richard's dvd. I'm having a hard time adapting to Margaret's slow, controlled, brief reps compared to Debbie's fast, kind of wild, and long reps. I've been alternating it with cardio and truthfully, I kind of miss SS.

Who would have thought???

PS Debbie, didn't you get SSX? I'm guessing it might not be your cup of tea as I don't think I've seen you post anything about it. Just wondering if you thought the calendar workout is also over training?

Well, while I'm impatiently awaiting the arrival of my SSex...I'm going to do something like Debbie's rotation. I will probably add in some Cindy Crawford's and some HT to the mix but I'll give it a go!

Lydia, you're welcome.

Judy, I did get SSeX, but in honor of the no TV/internet, week, I'm abstaining from SSeX instead. Life would be too boring since my hubby and son are gone.

Beth, kickboxing really complements this series really well. I always do kickboxing workouts during my rotations. But, any cardio workout will do.

With the SS-Ex workouts, I was thinking of doing something like 2 days of SS, then on the 3rd day do a 45-minute cardio workout (maybe Turbo Jam or something) and the Cool It Off Express. I don't really like doing an entire hour of CIO, but I think that adding half an hour of CIOE after some cardio wouldn't be too bad. Granted, I haven't actually done that workout yet, so I don't know if I even like it or not...
