I ordered the last day of the sale. So I have to wait a while to see if I get my squishy ball. BTW what is squishy ball?

Hi svmom,

I'm south of San Jose (Los Gatos) and it took 9 days for my order to arrive. Let me know when you get yours if it comes with the squishy ball and whether it gets shipped separately...

I had to call costumer service for my squishy ball. It didn't come with the pack and no mention of it on my invoice. I called and received the ball within a few days.

I called customer service and they immediately knew what I was talking about when I said I didn't get my free squishy ball with my abs DVD pack

So they're shipping it out Fed Express - luckily they're also in Calif so I should get it early next week...

Is it possible that BeachBody purposefully isn't shipping the balls and are saving the expense if people don't realize they deserved one & ask for it

I thought they may be doing that. When I called he knew immediately what I was talking abouttoo. I couldn't find the newsletter in my deleted file that advertised this pack so thank goodness for VF because I remembered someone posting the link. So I re-checked the ad, I wasn't sure if I was remembering correctly about the free squishy ball! I called right away. I already have mine now and you definitely need it for YBB.
