Anyone use Walk At Home downloads or instant access streaming?

I purchased the Miracle Miles set and it is now gone. Customer service has been responsive but offering no explanantions or solutions. It looks like Platform Purple is what Walk at Home uses and they had me check my library there. I have all my Jessica Smith workouts but no Leslie. I know I bought them because I did the workouts. There is also nothing in my purchase history when I look at my account on the Walk at Home website. Apparently individual purchases are no longer available...I am so frustrated. I feel like they updated their website and wiped out accounts.

I looked at my bookmarked website, and YES, they changed their subscription content. So, individual purchases look like they were wiped out. Customer service is being obtuse about the situation.

I also purchased the Miracle Miles awhile back and I promptly went to check the Purple Player as I haven't used it in over half a year. My Leslie purchases as well as my Jessica videos are still there!


Do you have a purchase receipt email? I always keep all of my receipts. Maybe you can forward them to customer service and they can add these videos to your account? Hope you can get these videos recovered! It would totally suck to not be able to do these anymore.

Do you have a purchase receipt email? I always keep all of my receipts. Maybe you can forward them to customer service and they can add these videos to your account? Hope you can get these videos recovered! It would totally suck to not be able to do these anymore.

I can't find the receipt in my email- it must have been deleted sinc I purchased the set over a year ago. Maybe I will go through my bank account statements which will be tedious.


EDIT: I found my receipt! It was easy since I used Paypal. I want the purchases restored!

EDIT 2: Grr, they ar asking me if I used a different email ,etc. Like, NO! My info is correct and I have purchase receipts! Just restore my videos.
