This Neuromuscular condition I have only has one treatment (besides drugs) and that's exercise to strengthen the legs. Cathe strength workouts are excellent for me because she does strengthen the legs. Yesterday I did Cathe LITE PHA2 which is perfect for me. So I have to be picky about what workouts I do. Some seem to work for my legs, but others don't. Again, though, thanks so much for your suggestions! I'm looking further into a couple of them.
