Caroline Jordan seated aerobics

Caroline Jordan has a whole series of workouts on youtube for those with injured feet. Did a seated aerobic workout this AM and was impressed. Lots of core work when moving arms and legs and felt my quads. Looking forward to trying more. She's very upbeat, chatty, and encouraging.

Thanks! I don't have injured feet yet but this is good to know.

Yes, these are great! I hurt my foot in January (nothing major, but I did end up having to rest it quite a bit) and used Caroline's hurt foot workouts to stay active. I was pretty bummed about getting injured and she really saved the day.

I used these while recovering from foot surgery and she is great. I've also used her other routines to recover from high hamstring tendonosis and they were super helpful -- I still do that routine almost daily even now that I'm healed.

I just checked her out quickly. She is really peppy and sweet. I hope I never have to worry about not being able to use my feet while exercising but it’s good to know these type of workouts exist.

Are there any other workouts that stand out from that time? Nice weather, more sun and not being able to move too well is getting me stir crazy. I found a couple of yoga practices youtube for a hurt foot as well - Joa Yoga, Heather Anne, and Sofia Uriarte. Will try those next.

I only used her cardio ones (I had plenty of DVDs for upper body strength and floorwork). None of them have particularly memorable titles, though there was one 20-minute advanced chair cardio one that was really hard (especially with a full length boot!). Hopefully this link works:

This one also was quite good, IIRC:

HTH!
