I love kickboxing workouts and Cathe is my go to. Hers tend to be more advanced. The Patrick Goudeau Kickbox Burn is also an advanced workout. I think KCM and Susan Chung are good intermediate workouts too. Ilaria does good low intermediate ones and they have zero impact. Janis Saffell has a lot of live workouts on YouTube, and she trains kickboxing instructors, but I find her workouts a bit boring and repetitive.

Check out Guillermo Gomez' (Jessica Smith's husband) workouts. Here's an Amazon link listing his DVDs: https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_s...d=N3FFA3YHE2J9

OH, yes, Ilaria!!! She's great - and so is Susan Chung!

Some of Cathe's newer workouts do have jumping jacks.... like Hard Strikes (which has lots). I just don't do that workout as I don't do tons of jacks anymore. You can sub, though. Sometimes I do front-back kicks to replace them or knee pulls, jenga steps or something else. Her newest (rock-em sock-em) has a 5 gone premix that removes basically all of the jacks and impact. Great premix.

I like the new MMA Core de Force workouts from Beachbody.

Combat is great as well - you can sometimes find those on youtube as they are pretty much out of circulation (the Beachbody ones - you can sign up for LesMills On Demand as someone else pointed out - you'll get a wide variety of workouts and I like Dan and Rachel - they do use excellent form).

Ilaria is a master. Susan Chung is great as well.

I love Cathe, but I'm not a fan of her kickboxing workouts, but lots of people like them, and if you like Turbo Jam, you may like these.

Also - as someone else pointed out - if you like Turbo Jam, consider Turbo Fire - which is pretty high impact but there is a modifer who does a good job at keeping the energy up and the impact down.

UFC Fit is good - but it's MMA, not true kickbox. Tapout XT is another that is more MMA, and Mike is annoying, but the workouts are good.

As I do have belts in Tae Kwon Do and Krav Maga, I'm stickler on form, so I'm pretty picky, but there are some good ones out there.

Kettlebell Kickboxing workouts from Dasha are great! I'm in the middle of her 7 Day Lean program right now. 7 Day Lean doesn't use any kettlebells, although it's not exclusively kickboxing either. In the couple of weeks that I've been doing it, I have noticed a tighter core. My shoulders are also getting stronger. I've done her Scorcher series as well (which does use the kettlebells) and I really liked that a lot and also noticed improvements in the core.

I also like the Cathe KB workouts. Rock em' Sock em', the KB w/o from 4 day split series, and KPC are my favorites of hers.

I like Susan Chung, TurboFire and Les Mills Combat.
Also KCM TLC, Cardio Amped Live, 30MTF Kickboxing and the boxing segement on Meltdown are fun.
I would agree with all of these. I also recently got Dana Pieper's Kickboxing workout. That one is good, too. I like Amy Bento, but she is sometimes hard to follow. If you want a set you might be able to find Cardio Karate for a good price or a trade

Cardio Karate? Sounds interesting. I've read reviews from the Dysfunctional Parrot. I was reading his thoughts on Core de Force when he mentioned Rush Fit. It sounds good too. Anyone have it? I'm curious what others think..
