Thanks so much, Violingal3 and Bzar. I think I may want to order the new set of Slim in 6, but I'll do my old set a few more times to see how my knee handles it.

Is the Slim in 6 Rapid Results the old version or the new version? Thanks!

If you order from BB, you're going to get the new version of Slim in 6. You'll want to check Amazon or eBay if you're interested in the originals.

I think I already have the originals; Start it Up and Ramp It Up are on the same DVD. Are they on two separate DVDs in the newer version?
