KCM/Slim Series Hybrid Rotation Help Wanted

Hi everyone! I've been searching these boards thinking for sure someone must have thought of this by now...I love the original (at least I think it's the original, but who knows? ;-) Slim Series & had good results with them, but I don't always have time for 60-80 minute workouts - in fact, I rarely do! ...can maybe squeeze a longer workout like that in once a week.

Yet I was disappointed with the Slim Series Express workouts. However, I do love Kelly & I have most of her 30 Minutes to Fitness DVDs! I thought for sure there must be some way to create a rotation using KCMs & SS together to get similar results to those we love from Slim Series with a little less time investment! I just know so little about how to put together a balanced rotation that I feel like I may not be the right one to do it!

I would love advice on how to create a balanced rotation in general, & a KCM/SS Hybrid rotation specifically! Thanks ;-)

If I were doing a rotation like this, I would alternate one week of Debbie and one week of Kelly. And, if you don't have time for a full 30 minutes of Slim Series, I would just do halfsies.

You could possibly do a MWF/TTh schedule also, and just alternate cardio and weight days (or in Slim Series instance bands, instead of weights.) If I'm remembering correctly Debbie uses fairly light resistance, so maybe alternating wouldn't really matter?

Sounds like a good idea and a good way to mix it up! I haven't used my Slim Series workout in ages (for time constraint reasons also!)
