Thanks for all the input. I was concerned about knee pain with the FIRM as I'm assuming there are lots of squats and lunges in them. I hurt my shoulder about a year ago, and I was doing a Joyce Vedral routine (WTME), but neither I nor my md were sure that that was the cause, since the MRI showed a pinched nerve in my neck, and no pathology in my shoulder. Anyway, this is why I am starting over as a beginner.
I think I am going to go for the FIRM 6pk, but I am also going to get Bottoms Up Gold, since it's on sale this week. I'll begin with the FIRM workouts, and move on when I'm sure about my ability to recognize what should be modified or skipped. I definitely don't want to injure (or reinjure) anything.
