I have the original 90 day rotation calender with the icons, but have not been able to figure out how to link it appropriately.

I'm planning on starting the rotation in Feb. The only FIRM's I own are Vol 1-3. I plan on subbing in other workouts for each category, but havent figured out the specifics yet. For some of the tortoise/hare/classic icons I'm going to use SB's BarreAmped Bootcamp. For total body weight training I'm going to do more high rep like Jari, Squeeze, Cathe's Power Hour. For the other "circuit" types I'm going to just wing it. Maybe use the 2 circuits from RWH, some total body kettlebell stuff, maybe Cathe's Athletic Training, Supersets. On at least one of the cardio days I'll do a HiiT workout.

I did this with Vol 1 last week but like the idea of doing them on a regular basis to get in short 25-30 minute workouts.
Yes, with the warmup & stretch it's more like 40 mins each but I really can't do hour+ long workouts anymore.

Gina ~ I have 14 Firms coming from Mary's site and they will be here on Thursday. I'm really jumping back in with both feet. I started last week with the ones I have and also the WHFN Series. I'm so excited to see how well I do.

Tina, I'm very glad to hear it.
Wow, 14 Firms... you will be getting quite the package on Thursday!

Did you get the email that they are coming up with a wood step to use for these? I have a few more that are out on DVD that I want to get. Volume 6 was my favorite. I didn't discover these until later. For a long time I did 6 and Tae Bo. Simple and effective!

I'm working on a rotation plan of heavier weights but want to include some of my classic workouts in it. I'm not quite sure how yet. Maybe 3 weeks of heavy and a Classic week? Any ideas?

Was this an email that was recently sent? I thought I saw something about it on the Fitness Favorites facebook page in one of the comments a month or so ago and that it would have a different look or something like that. I can't remember exactly what someone wrote but I'm interested in seeing what it will look like.

All this talk has me going through my stash to pull out what I have and start doing them again. These workouts were how I started working out at home after having taught aerobics at a gym for years. I remember how they pre-sold them and how I would stalk the mail man waiting for them to arrive...good memories!
