Great thread. It's fun (and enabling - Kathy G has me pondering Cathe Live) to see what people keep reaching for.

I starting tracking my workouts in 2003, so my list tends toward older routines since some of these had a head start 18 (yikes!) years ago, although I continue to use them today.

Cathe - Boot Camp
Cathe - Pyramid Upper
Cathe - Muscle Max
Cathe - Cardio and Weights
Kelly - Cardio Kick Step-Boxing

My most played are probably Charlene Prickett half hour workouts from her daily TV show from the early 1990's. She sold them on VHS and I had them all. I used to do them A LOT and loved them. I used to do them on days that I didn't go to the gym.

I haven't done them regularly in many, many, years but I still pick out one or two occasionally.

My legs are fried after trying that Jessica Smith Youtube Legs workout. I already did a leg workout today but did one set through from the workout and holy cow!!! Thanks!

I haven't done many Jessica Smith workouts and the ones I've done have been mostly cardio, but I looked at your link for a legs workout and I'm going to have to try it. I love a good leg day workout! Thanks for posting!

The Firm- Tough Cardio Mix- I don't do this often now, but it was one of my first Firms and I've had it forever. I used to do it once a week (when my collection was much smaller).
KCM- Cardio Pump- Both workouts are amazing.
Christi Taylor- Mission Possible- so much fun!
Jari Love- Get Ripped 1000- One of my first Jari workouts and I like circuits.
Chalene Johnson- Turbo Jam- Cardio Party Mix 2- I reach for this when I really want to work my abs while standing.

Surprisingly, Tracie Long is one of my favorite instructors but none of her workouts make this list. I have so many of her workouts and none of them stand out as a workout to reach for over others.
