Sherry you've gotten some great advice but I wanted to add that on top of being mindful regarding how often you do circuit training that I would watch the yoga emphasis as well.

I also have a shoulder I'm afraid of tweaking so sometimes I have to watch when I do yoga and upper body exercises with weights. I don't know about you but some of it gets pretty intense on my shoulders.

Thanks, Linda! I alternate between standing sort of flow yoga, and basically melting on the floor yoga so I do not stress my shoulders.
