Many workouts for Supreme Pilates available on Youtube!

Hi everyone,

I'm really enjoying my Supreme Pilates workouts. Whether you have the older one by Ellen Croft, the newer one by Beverly Hills Fitness, or the Toning Tower there are many workouts available on YouTube.

David has made all of these workouts free, including the original DVDS which were released with the Supreme Pilates Pro. Ellen Croft and Ellen Barrett's workouts are also available.

There is a also a senior series with Mindy Raymond's mother performing the workouts. I've really warmed up to Mindy since the original DVDs were produced.

I'm enjoying the shorter workouts on these hot days! The core workouts are easier for me with the sculpting bar.
