If there's no tape measure and no pencil, count me out.

I know VFers want to cut to the chase so here it is.

1. There is only one folding step ladder, and I can't find it. You will have to find your own. Since I am saving you the cost of the expensive piece of equipment, there will be a higher price.

2. If you want to see me twerking, you will have to pay a higher price (unless you come to the Pink Pony on amateur night, then it is just $1 per twerk).

3. If you DON'T want to see me twerking, it will be even more expensive.

4. It will have a measuring tape. Just ignore the IKEA and Lowes logos on them. My Sharpie ran out of ink before I could get them marked out adequately.

5. No pencils but there will be PENS. You have to wait until after spring break, though, because I plan on getting the freebies from the hotel we are going to and since DH is also going to a conference while we are on break, I will get all his gimme pens to send out. Some of them even might work.

6. I will send order confirmations, but they will have no basis in reality.

7. You can send the payments (in my name, of course) directly to Target, Harvard, or The Paideia School. That way I don't have to play middle man like I do with my real world paychecks. They get it all anyway sooner or later.

Any other questions can be directed to my attorney of record. Since I am married to him, he will forget to tell me about them as he forgets to tell me every other phone message or important piece of gossip I might actually be interested in.

I am definitely going to order this and will do a rotation while I'm waiting for Alta-tude to be released. Check-in, anybody?

No tinfoil will be used in my workout.
There seems to be a mysterious shortage.

Saran Wrap, of course, will be encouraged.

Now that we have the specifics, I'm getting this one, too!

We've been waiting for the Alta-Tude workout since around 2003, so maybe we shouldn't start a check-in for the new folding ladder workout for at least a couple years or so, just to be on the safe side.

I don't know, it all sounds so complicated now. I'm going to wait for reviews.

I'm impressed that you actually have a place to keep your step ladder. My ladder - like my vaccuum cleaner - doesn't seem to have its own home. Therefore, it's usually out, right in the way, or totally invisible when I need it.

I do keep the vaccuum out on purpose. If the doorbell rings, and the house is in its usual state of disorder, I can say, "Oh, hi. I was just about to clean up"

Now about this workout... Do we have a choice of colors for the step ladder? It should match my workout area. Will it be metal, plastic, or carbon fiber? Will the workout be complementary to Alta-Tude, or totally contra-indicated? Will you include supplements - in the way of chocolate? Thank you for your consideration in these matters

Ummmm, if I give away chocolate, there is less chocolate for me. I don't see that happening.

And the stepladder is multicolored, including dust, whatever paint I can splash on it and probably bent. But that is irrelevant to your workout because you are responsible for getting your own stepladder.
I can't be expected to do everything.

And the "Disappearing Vacuum Cleaner" workout is an advanced add-on.
That is the weight/resistance training part of the rotation.
