If there's any interest, I will start a check-in at the beginning of January for workouts with male instructors. I have several which I like very much, but don't reach for them as often as I should. There are no rules as to how many you have to do each week, and just posting a title is fine. Admittedly, I can get a bit wordy at times.
Maybe we can discover some little-known gems of workouts.
