Before I started her workouts I was so bored of weight training and uninspired (had always done Cathe workouts for weight training).
Now I am weight training 4 to 5 times a week with her.
I was unable to do the monkey bars last year and yesterday I did 7 rungs and then 5. Felt like a huge accomplishment .
I have been putting muscle on again at 55. My legs are so much stronger then they have ever been .
She brings me joy.
I lost my best friend my shepherd this year who was my running partner and having something to look forward to was so important.

I'm sorry about the loss of your dog. It is such a hard thing when they pass. I have two aging dogs right now - a 9 year old Golden and a 12-13 year old Lab.
Heat was shorter workouts so you could incorporate getting outside for a short walk or I think she was doing 20 minute of sprinting or a bike ride etc with the weather being nicer. Her weights were also slightly and I do mean slightly lighter. It was a nice change of pace from Epic 2 and I’m hoping she’s going to start another 10 week program soon because my body responded better to that than changing every week. I have so much more muscle than I ever have with any other program including any Cathe and I just turned 45. My body has changed in some irritating ways since reaching my ‘40s but I love the muscle tone.
