That was too cute!

My 1 1/2 year old Border Collie Mix likes to help me exercise. If I'm trying to do yoga (Forward Bends & Downward Dog) she comes running over, plops down under me and tries to lick my face. And if I pull out my kettlebells, she comes running over ready to play. Of course, I put them up and do something else - I don't want to risk hitting her when I'm doing swings.

My two largest do this and I've just learned to incorporate them into the workouts. My girls loves to stretch with me; she'll come from anywhere in the house and how she knows when it starts is beyond me. Our big boy likes when I do floor aerobics; he thinks it's play time!

Too funny!

I was thinking of The Far Side cartoon where the one dog says, "My name is No No Bad Dog. What's yours?" I think this puppy might answer, "Mine is Shoo Out Out!"

My cat Thomas is like this to, just about the yoga part a lot of times he'll play with my ponytail to.

Thanks for sharing that! So cute!

My kitty loves to help me with yoga too. Especially downward facing dog.

That was cute. Reminds me of a Youtube workout where a cat hangs out around a woman's step during her workout.

Umm, am I the only one thinking...put the dog in a separate room and close the door after like the first 20 times he goes to you???

Gotta love the fur babies!

One of my cats has started to tug on my ponytail when I do abs! LOL
