Gaiam Ana Caban Pilates Bodyball

I always liked this workout. There's one VF review from the VHS days. The VHS came in a box kit with a one-pound ball. In the video, Ana Caban uses a different-color two-pound ball.

Was this ever released on DVD? Maybe in a compilation?

Looks like it did come out as a DVD kit based on this Unavailable listing on Amazon. Sounds interesting.

That's odd. The description says VHS but the photograph shows a DVD case.

I also found it on Ebay in a kit, Gaiam Beginners Pilates Kit. Dvd with two workouts, one using a ball and the other using a band. (Includes ball & band)

You can also purchase the bodyband workout separately, 40 minutes.
I think that's a different workout -- the picture shows a different ball, playground type. In my old favorite, it's a smaller, weighted ball, and Ana doesnt hold it b/t her ankles.

I found this preview of the Bodyball workout on Gaia, where it is apparently streamable?

And this YouTube video labeled the Body Sculpting workout.

But we know Gaiam/Gaia are horrible about workout names, so I have no idea what's what here.

And then there is this kit on Amazon (not available) titled Body Sculpting Kit with a DVD and ball. But no idea what video actually comes with it. Almost all of the reviews focus on the ball being small and hard while the one Anna uses is larger and squishy.
