I'm finding Denise enjoyable, not just tolerable. Something different every day. Today, Day 2 of the 14, was some kickboxing and then standing UB light weight work. And a nie stretch.

On Friday I tried a new instructor for an upper body band workout. There are more and more good instructors on Youtube all the time, it seems! Today I did two shorter Heather Robertson lower body no-equipment workouts. Still getting a good amount of steps!

Thank you Diana for watching our video! We're going to make more "pretty" vlog-type videos in the future, but this type is good for information, which we wanted to give, and to share about why we moved here. We are learning as we go and are excited to keep getting better at this! Here's the video if anyone else wants to see it.

barre 3 30 minutes -- their music has deteriorated, sadly, now that they charge less.

Cheryl, thanks for the link to the video. Will watch ASAP.

Cynthia, wow Denise is fun now! She used to drive me crazy.

Diana, did you have any problems with your shot re side effects?

Cheryl, enjoyed your video. You have a nice speaking voice too.

Denise made me sweat today! A circuit workout. She certainly films workouts at beautiful beach locations. Lynn, I've never been a real fan of Denise, but right now & for the next 11 days, she's my gal.

HI Everyone!

DH and I had to go out and purchase a new dishwasher. Other one started leaking. If everything goes as planned I should have it next week. The one I have has started leaking. That is one of the questions they ask when you buy a new one and have it installed. They are sending someone out to make sure there is no damage from the leak.

Lynn I only had a sore arm for a couple of days. No other problems. I did take Tylenol right after getting the shot, that same night and the next morning, just in case.

Continuing with Denise, day 4. Different lovely beach. Every day includes cardio and a different body part. Just what I need now -- a balanced program that I don't have to plan and that I know won't exhaust me. At full strength of course, the slogan "your workout is my warmup" would apply. How I wish I had bought that T-shirt when I saw it in the Pure Barre studio. I would have worn it to barre3.
