Day 5- Gilad Quick Fit System - I did the Chest and Back Workout (17 minutes) and Shoulders and Arms (20 minutes). Straight up, no nonsense. Not much of a warm up, so I'll have to remember that for next time. Definite keeper!
Although all workouts this week have been virgins, I'm going to dig into my maybe pile next week to see if I can get some of those virgin maybes completed. The Kathy Kaehler one was a virgin maybe, which is now in the keeper pile
. And I've gone back and forth on Fe Fit for awhile now. I will still have to complete the whole system before deciding. But so far, I think it's a keeper too
