they're all pretty similar. a majority of the ones you mentioned use light weights - except for crunch FB pilates - that one is unweighted. most of ellen's workouts are primarily standing.

Crunch Super Slimdown has a standing yoga segment and then a mat segment. it just uses body weight, no dumbbells needed.
